Acetyl L-Carnitine is a good Carnitine product. I'm taking 4 capsules a day to get 2g of ALCAR. That's a pretty good dose to assist in burning fat. The only complaint is there was a bit of an odd smell to the capsules.

I used this supplement as part of a complete Dymatize stack, for five straight weeks. I have lost 8.9 lbs during this time. I am very happy with this product and would definitely use it again. Some users have been concerned with the peculiar smell of these capsules. That seems to be normal for most ALCAR supplements, so it should not be a concern. I can definitely feel a difference with this product. I have cut a little bit of body fat % since using it. It is helping me maintain weight while trying to turn fat into muscle. Great product that I would recommend for others.

Smell like rotten fish, I have a really hard time taking the pills. ALC-600 was a much better option. I got this only because ALC-600 is in back order.

For the cost I think they held there own, there was a funny smell. But really didn't bother me. No negative issues! Trying something different next!

Terrible. I bought 3 bottles and the capsules in all of them started to crack open and expose the product just after 3 weeks. Had to toss everything away, as all capsules became useless, and their content turned into a hardened pulp due to air humidity and exposure. The capsules also stuck to each other, ripping apart as I tried to separate them. I kept all bottles in a dark and dry enviroment. Do not recommend at all.

This product is GREAT! It stinks but it's not a big deal. It really works. You start to sweat a lot. It gives you more energy if you take it with caffeine. You feel the difference in your body, using old clothes that didn't fit before. Besides, it's cheap. You won't regret. I was using L-Carnitine from Probiotica (Brazil) and it had no effect in my body. But Dymatize did it very well.
