I find it great.. no side affects.. no gas etc... quick easy to take.. no mixing .. no taste.. I find if I take it about 1 hour before the gym, I get the best results

It give you a really good pump and no side effects. I generally have an iron stomach but some creatinine I have tried in the past gives me the ***** as soon as I take it. This creative does not give me the ***** so I like it and it does what it is supposed to do. It’s not rocket science, it’s creatine.

Amazing stuff. Huge results in the first 2 days. Also...no bloating or muscle cramps. You can probably get by on 1 cap prior to workout. It depends on the look you want. 2 caps a day...one in the morning and one as your workout starts...you'll put on serious size for sure. Works best if you drink a ton of water during your workout.

Great product. Easy to take, and the pumps were good as well. Nice long lasting muscle tightness hours after a good workout. I would definitely use again.

I received this creatine as part of a promo here BB.com. Huge thanks to everyone over at CTD Sports for hooking me up. I took the caps as labeled; 2 in the morning upon waking up and 2 just before working out. The caps made it very convenient to take the appropriate amount each time. No measuring needed with these. The caps were very easy to swallow and digest. I did not notice any upset of my stomach at all. That's a huge plus. Now to the results: I was able to set PR's in all my lifts while I was taking the caps. How do I know the creatine worked? Well, because I wasn't able to lift the same amount of weight once I got off the creatine. The proof is in the pudding. I would highly recommend this to all my friends.

I'm continuing to use this product because I have noticed an improvement in my lifts and muscle pump/hydration, all of the claims of this product are true. This stuff works. I lift 4/5x week for about an hour, but with the Kre, I find I can go longer and higher intensity (especially cardio which isn't usually fun AFTER a lift session). If you already use creatine, I would definitely reccommend giving this product a try!

got to try this for free and here are my thoughts. Mixability: 10/10: These came in pills witch were easy to swallow but I found myself opening them(witch is easy) and pouring the powder with the Noxivol and mixing them together with water just to save some time and it still mixed/dissolved easily. Strength: 10/10: Weight went up on all my main lifst witch are the squat,bench,deadlift,ohp. I was able to add about 10-20lb on all of them by continue use of Kre-Alkalyn. In the Second week of taking 2 caps pre workout every day i started to notice the strength gains. overall good product
