Good stuff. You can feel the effect within minutes. Nice feeling. I take it first thing in the morning with water on an empty tummy...or with protein before the workout. You can get by on 1 cap a day...1 works for me. Have fun.

It took a couple weeks to kick in. Reset my caffeine tolerance so I can use a normal dose of my preworkout. I used to use double the dose beforehand. Works pretty good so far.
