Great Multi! One of the best I've tried. Energy and stamina increases after 1-1.5 week. Fast recovery. I prefer Orange Triad tablets. Powder form is little bit complicated for me in terms of 'ease of use' but here's greens added and they works, so I use them in rotation.

To me, this is a perfect product. I NEVER subtract points for products that taste poor because I'm far more interested in the effectiveness of the product. As long as I can wash down the taste of something, and it doesn't bother my stomach, then I grade the product itself. This is one of those products. It tastes pretty gross to me, but it doesn't live an aftertaste, and as long as you wash it down with something else, it's not a big issue. So it gets a poor grade for taste. As far as the Product Rating: An Easy 10/10. If I could give it a 15/10 I would. This is a TREMENDOUS product. It is good for all the things that it claims to benefit. The ingredient list is stellar. It is just the highest quality product of it's kind on the market. Controlled Labs products tend to be pretty average to me. This is easily their best product. It is beyond perfect, and truly remarkable. 15/10 if I could. 10/10 because of arithmetic limitations ;)

I read other reviews about concerns with the taste and when the product arrived I braced myself for poor taste... and I had to laugh because it tastes just fine! It's only my first day with it, but if how I feel today is an indication of how things are going to be, I'm happy.

What you get with this product is a multi-vitamin (Controlled Labs Orange Triad, which is arguably the best MV you can buy (I believe this, as well as a lot of other forum members)), and a greens supplement which I'm sure most of us can use. All of the vitamins and minerals are of the best quality, ie. Zinc Citrate (usually companies use Zinc Oxide, which is poorly absorbed), chelated magnesium (companies often use magnesium oxide, which is poorly absorbed and may even do the opposite of what you want), etc... Label and Ingredients: 9/10 Like I said previously, you get the best versions of vitamins and minerals. Some may not be at full doses, but they're in there. I've used Orange Triad as my MV for a couple years now. I always take 3 pills in the morning and 3 with lunch. You get digestion support, joint support, blood flow support, and immune support. But now they've added in a few greens to the mix, which makes the product much better IMO. It even lists exactly how much Stevia is in it, which is a huge win. Most companies do not do this. Having a lactose intolerance sucks, but this product has the enzyme to help digest lactose so I typically drink 1/2 serving with my protein shake post workout. Flavor, Taste, Consistency (Lemon Ice Tea): 8/10 It's hard to get a greens supplement to taste good. CL has done a good job with this, but you can of course still taste some greens and it separates easily if you let it sit for a couple mins (see below). I use ~12oz water to help water it down and encourage myself to drink more water. I just slam it. I don't really mind the foaminess because the taste is there, but for some people it may be an issue and I want them to know that. The taste is great, but after thinking about different aspects of how it goes down. Also because it foams up quite a bit when shaking it and when drinking it.

Ok This is a great Multivitamin but it lacks some things; Copper(increase to 2mg), Boron(increase to 2mg), Astaxanthin, Silica, and Bioperine.

It is a powdered version of their multi vitamin that includes joint support and digestion support but also includes greens complex as well. It mixes in fairly easily with water. There wasnt any clumping and I usually used around 5oz of water to get mixed in. Couple of shakes and it was good to drink. Initially when I opened the tub and saw green powder, I was concerned that the greens flavor would over power the lemon ice tea portion on the flavor. Luckily that was not the case. It was a good 50/50 balance of a greens minty flavor mixed in with lemon ice tea. First serving, I wasnt too fond of the flavor because I was expecting it to taste like a glass of liptons/brisk but once I got rid of those expectations, the flavor grew on me and i started to appreciate the flavor. Taste a heck of alot better than other greens supplements ive tried in the past Price point is 30 servings (2 scoops per serving) for $34.99 which is a bit higher than most so if on sale (or you can get a discount), I would highly suggest to take advantage of it. I have previously tried the CL greens and enjoyed them a lot. When I saw they had the multivitamin/joint support/ Greens I knew I had to try it! There are a ton of nutrients included which are essential to anyone who frequently works out for maximum performance and well being. I previously wasn't taking any vitamins or greens prior to using this product so I have noticed a few improvements. The main thing I noticed is more energy throughout the day and an overall better feeling after working out and through the day. My muscles and joints don't feel as tight and sore compared to not taking the product. It may take some time to notice the effects but my body did feel better than when I didn't take any vitamin supplement. The powder mixes pretty well but there is some leftover powder at the bottom, understandable considering not all of the ingredients are soluble in water. The Iced tea lemon tastes better than I expected and is not overwhelming. The lemon covers up most of the greens flavor but there is some greens aftertaste. I kind of look forward to drinking this product in the morning and afternoon. This is a greens product so I didn't expect it to taste like candy and cupcakes. I would purchase this again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an all inclusive vitamin/greens supplement.

In short, another winner from Controlled Labs. Not only is this a comprehensive multi vitamin and mineral product it also includes joint support, immune system support, digestive support and greens. And the taste makes it easy to drink. Both the orange and lemon tea flavors are very good. For a greens product, I'd say they both taste great. There's a hint of a greens taste but its mild, the orange and lemon flavors do a good job of covering up the ingredients. Mixes easily, too. The orange flavor is an "earthy" orange not a candy like flavor and the lemon tea flavor tastes like real tea with lemon. I have a slight preference for the lemon flavor but will have both on the shelf.

Orange Triad Plus Greens is one massive all-around, general health supplement that combines the benefits of a multivitamin, joint, cardiovascular, greens, and immune support supplement all in one. As you can see there is essentially an endless list of ingredients and many are clear superfood or otherwise awesome healthy ingredients. I think its an awesome formula, though I would prefer the many of the fat soluble vitamins removed (except vitamin D) and the vanadium as well. I think it was smart that Controlled Labs recommends breaking up the full serving by taking a scoop early in the day and the second scoop later in the day. The single scoop serving doses many of the ingredients pretty well already. I really appreciate the added joint support in the formula and am impressed that the formula mixes so well in water despite containing the joint ingredients. The lemon ice tea flavor is decent, definitely great for a multi/greens product. Overall its a mild flavor, nothing nasty about it and the lemon makes it pretty appetizing. I put the flavor at an 8 out of 10 and the overall product at a 9/10. The price point is reasonable for such an all inclusive product, and it is definitely a convenient way to fill in micronutrient gaps and support a demanding, active lifestyle.

This stuff is truly awesome! I got the chance to try out Orange Triad + Greens, and it definitely did not disappoint. First off, the ingredient list is tremendous. Orange Triad has everything you need for a multi vitamin, including all the necessary daily vitamins and minerals, but also has extra complexes for joints, digestion, immune, greens and more! They are all nicely dosed as well, which along with the amount of ingredients there are, is super nice to see in a product like this one. I will be honest, when first reading other reviews about this product, the negative reviews about some flavors worried me. But i can assure you that there should be no worries about that. The lemon iced tea flavor is on point. It tastes exactly like iced tea, not too sweet and not too bitter, it's perfectly in the middle. I honestly love drinking it each morning, and it's one of the better multi vitamin powder flavors that I've gotten to try. Overall, i love Orange Triad+ Greens! Highly recommended to anyone!

This product is simple amazing. I have had joint issues for years, and this helped all of them. I am missing cartilage in my knee, and it has even helped with the clicking and pain there. Shoulder issues are better as well. The multivitamin aspect is great as well. Good natural energy production, and over all well being. If you miss a day you definitely notice. Flavor is ok for a powder multivitamin. I just mix it with OJ everymoning and it's perfect. Would definitely suggest this to anyone.
