I love this brand of shaker bottles, they are all I use now that I have used one. All the supplements I mix in there are completely mixed with no residue or grittiness left behind.
Absolutely the worst shaker bottle on the market. Made super cheap, if you tighten the lid just a little too tight it will skip the threads. also, what an awful design of the metal wire on a stick that is there to attempt to mix your protein. Expect to shake your bottle for a good 10 minutes before you get anything mixed. Crappy product
