  • 10 Chocolate

I have tried all three Betty Lou's Protein Shakes and for me, Chocolate is the best, followed by Vanilla, then Orange. I like to mix mine with coffee in the morning and chocolate or a mix of chocolate / vanilla is best for this. I didn't like the orange that well. These shakes are great and I mix in Chia seeds and MCT Oil to make a very fulfilling shake. Great product and Body Building has the best price.

  • 8 Vanilla

I have tried a couple different protein powders and this one is by far the best as far as taste. It is easy going down and it sits really easy in your stomach so you don't feel like a lab experiment after drinking it. Great replacement for a multi vitamin because of its ingredients. I would recommend for people who are not looking to bulk but want a nice recovery drink.

  • 5 Orange Cream

I'm on the fence with the orange cream protein shake. I'm a big fan of Betty lou's, particularly the PEANUT BUTTER POWDER, so I had high hopes for the orange cream. The shake is filling. You can mix it in a shaker, blending isn't mandatory. My problem is that after two sips the flavor was overwhelming for me, it was too much too rich and sickeningly sweet. You have to really want to drink a creamcicle. I'm writing this review to help people who are looking for that creamcicle flavor, who love it, YOU WILL WANT THIS. It also reminded me of the orange cream lifesaver, for me it's way too candy like. However, I do have hopes that I can mix the chocolate UMP( please let that work!) or flavor homemade icing and use in muffin batter. My hope is that I can temper the coylingly sweetness and make it more palatable. I hope this helps you.

Betty Lous Orange Cream is my favorite protein shake. While it's great by itself, I also use it mixed with Greek style yogurt with a few shakes of shredded coconut to make a mock cheese cake. My whole family loves it. I have other protein shakes but this is one I try to keep for myself! LOL!
