I would alway get cramps in my feet during a class or cramps in my calves at night while asleep (no one likes those!). Since taking ZMST, I don’t get any cramps, my skin is much clearer and my nails grow really fast.

This is a solid product. Very well priced for what you are getting. I have had less muscle cramps and blepharisms (if you're an ATP fan you'll know about this fun word) since I started taking these months ago. I trust ATP wholeheartedly from manufacturing to ingredients.

I take these before bed to help with sleep. Works a treat. I also take it for the zinc if I feel I'm coming down with something.

I have tried other magnesium supplements to help and aid with recovery, this is the only one ive felt a difference in my recovery if I do not take it compared to when I do. Highly recommend. Not a hard pill to swallow (pun intended).

Omg! I love ZMST! It’s my everyday go to. I had an online consult with Nicole last year and during it, we discussed my lack of bowel movement. I had been using Epsom salts everyday to help, but during the consult Nicole suggest I try taking more ZMST to see if it solves my problems. IT HAS BEEN A LIFE SAVER! I’ve been at my wits end for YEARS trying to get my bowels regular, and this is an absolute savior! I take 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening before bed (paired with Cort) and it not only helps me sleep like a baby, but I know I’ll be regular the next day. It is 100% one of my absolute favorites, it’s affordable and I cannot live without it.

Started off with one serving per day and then went up to the 3 as listed on the bottle. The pills go down easy, but I felt no different taking these compared to when I wasn’t using them.
