This product is fantastic as long as you can get past the extremely sweet & stale flavor.
Even with a ton of sugar per scoop, this doesn't taste too sweet and really allows you to down it so results can be focused on.

Directions For DGC: Mix 1 serving (4 level tablespoons) of DGC in 16 ounces of water, juice or add to your protein shakes. Consume before and/or during and after workouts. For endurance events and aerobic activities, mix 1 serving (4 level teaspoons) of DGC into 32 ounces of cold water and drink before, during, and after an event or exercise.
