Amazing, my gut literally started feeling better the second day.... I thought it would take a couple weeks to kick in.

So as a BBcom employee and even prior to working BBcom, I can say I've tried many products over the years to help with gut health & digestion. Including but not limited to probiotics, prebiotics, l-carnitine, milk thistle, cinnamon, ginger, so on and so forth. That being said, I also stopped taking all of those things and have made dietary changes as well because none of those really hit the nail on the head. However, this product is the perfect support system to my diet. I figured, why not try it. If it works 'cool', if it doesnt then 'go figure'. I was pleasantly surprised... I can notice a difference without anything extreme. It does not bloat me, nor does it create an urgent need to go to the bathroom, but I do feel more naturally consistent. Maybe TMI but it is a Gut health product and these are the important factors, right? So, yeah, I am going to keep taking this and you should give it a try. There is no downfall to improving your gut health. The only thing that can be a challenge is remembering to take one at each meal (3x daily) but its not too bad. Oh and random fact. These smell good. So its not some big gross pill that you hate swallowing. Not a bad bonus.
