Here's a recipe for a sauce you can use to add a little extra protein to any meal without breaking the caloric bank.


  • 2 scoop dymatize Elite Whey Protein (Vanilla)
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp mrs Dash
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ lime juice
  • 1 cup cilantro


  1. Whisk powders together in a bowl. Drizzle coconut milk while whisking until mixture takes on a sauce-like consistency. Squeeze in lime juice, fresh herbs, and mix again.
  2. Use on grilled chicken, steak, turkey, salmon, any type of white fish, or other protein.
