  • ⅓ cup dry oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp pecans
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ⅓ cup pumpkin, canned
  • 2 tbsp raw oats
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
