- 1 cup almond milk
- ⅓ cup dry oatmeal
- 1 tbsp pecans
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ⅓ cup pumpkin, canned
- 2 tbsp raw oats
- 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- Cook the oatmeal according to package directions with the almond milk.
- Once oatmeal is finished, add the pecans, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Stir until well mixed and then top with dry oats and drizzle with maple syrup.
