- 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- ½ cup low-fat frozen yogurt
- 1½ cup brewed coffee, cold
- 1 scoop(s) vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp natural almond butter
- ¼ tsp table salt
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp whipped topping, frozen, low fat
- Combine everything (including ice cubes) except the whipped cream in blender, and blend until smooth.
