This week we went to the Bodybuilding.com message boards to find healthy and tasty Breakfast recipes. Here's a great recipe for low carb french toast
Ingredients
- 2 whole egg
- ¼ cup nonfat milk
- ¼ tsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 4 slice regular multi-grain bread

- Soak 4 slices of the bread into the egg/milk mixture put on a frying pan, and fry with PAM, until golden brown.
- Put them on your plate, then sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
- Then pour the sugar free syrup on them, and eat them.
