This shake uses a coconut-almond milk combination for taste and texture, but feel free to use regular milk if it's more convenient. The addition of spinach is unique and also adds a good boost of micronutrients.
- 10 g Post JYM, Natural Lemon Lime
- ¼ cup water
- 1 scoop Pro JYM, Tahitian Vanilla Bean
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 slice angel food cake
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut almond milk blend
- 1 cup ice
- 20 g baby spinach
- Combine all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth, and top with a dollop of whipped cream.
