  • 1 to taste powdered Stevia
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple, raw
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped

  1. Spray a pot or frying pan. Cook the egg whites with the oats and add the stevia.
  2. Stir until the egg is cooked through and mixed evenly with the oats.
