- 6 large egg whites
- 1 cup raw oats
- 1 to taste powdered Stevia
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup pineapple, raw
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- Spray a pot or frying pan. Cook the egg whites with the oats and add the stevia.
- Stir until the egg is cooked through and mixed evenly with the oats.
- Pour the mix in a bowl and add the pineapple, walnuts on top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon for extra spice!
