Not sure what to do with those lumpy, white curds? This recipe will have you enjoying cottage cheese so much you'll forget that you're eating it.
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- ½ cup canned peaches in light syrup/water
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp almonds, slivered
- Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl, and then top with peaches, dried cranberries and nuts.
- Stir gently and then serve.
