- 4 scoop NLA For Her: Her Whey, Chocolate E'clair
- ½ cup oat flour
- ⅓ cup raw cacao powder
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- 2 whole egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ⅔ cup water
- 1 cup zucchini, finely shredded
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine all ingredients, stirring in zucchini last.
- Pour into lined muffin cups. Top with additional toppings, if desired (walnuts, coconut flakes, chocolate chips etc)
