- 2 tbsp pickles
- ⅛ cup red onion, diced
- 8 tbsp low-sugar ketchup
- 2 oz fat-free mayonnaise
- ⅛ whole jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- Place pickles, onion, ketchup, and mayonnaise in a bowl, adding jalapenos if desired.
