  • 1 cup low-sodium butternut squash soup
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 oz scallops
  • ½ tbsp sweet Spreads Cinnamon Roll Coconut Butter (Coconutter)
  • salt and pepper to taste
