Ingredients

  • 1 cup, mashed banana
  • ⅓ cup raw oats
  • 2 tsp splenda, brown sugar blend
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ⅛ cup blueberries, dried
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ⅛ cup milk, fat-free
  • 2 tbsp dried unsweetened coconut flakes
