I was asked to privately coach a lady preparing for her first fitness show and I was her personal gymnastics coach.

I love to inspire others and not be in the norm of our population. I want others to see me, talk to me and want to better themselves too!

I have had a great and fun experience with WNSO. From competing, judging and working with them in the FAME Agency. They are organized and really friendly and return all my emails right away - even when I send tons!
[ Q ] What have you found different about World Natural Sports compared to other events you may have competed in?
Better prizes, coverage with magazines and photographers, judging criteria is laid out, more elaborate routines, great FAME expo.
[ Q ] What one tip would you give other fitness competitors?
Do one more rep, but always do it for yourself!
