Why I Got Started
When I was 17, I was going through a tough time in my life, not to mention I realized I was fat so that made it that much harder. On my 18th birthday during a camping trip I decided I was going to do something about my life.
How I Did It
A buddy got me into the gym on a pass and I have been addicted since. The feeling I got every day after I left the gym was amazing, I was happier and I was feeling like the more I went the better I felt.
After about 6 months I lost about 20 pounds and it felt like my I was a different person, a more motivated and dedicated person to every aspect of my life and I loved it. So I kept working out 6 days per week and now my goals are higher, not only in working out but I life and I work harder to get to where I want to be.
Well to be honest I was addicted to fast food, it's all I ate so it took me about 8 months to kick that.

Stay focused and never let anyone tell you that you can't or you never will be able, because you can. Though it might take you longer you will achieve your goals. Use supplements, they will help you along the long journey to your success.
