So you want to become a teenage bodybuilder do you? Its tough, it's demanding but most of all it will be one of the best things you will ever accomplish as the rewards are both mental and physical. I will now tell you a normal day for me with eating and training approaching The Sydney Titles.

Its now just over 9 weeks to go until the Sydney and before I enter my second competition. You may already know where I am at concerning my weight and body fat levels but those who aren't I am current 178pounds with about 7.72% body fat.

Each morning I wake up at around 7 a.m. give or take 10 minutes. I wake up each morning and quickly go through my day in my head. Things like what am I going to eat, what to train, how to train things like that are thought about.

After that I get up and start to make breakfast, my breakfast for the next 9 weeks will be 6 egg whites mixed with 1 yolk and then made into an ommlete with either a cup of oats or a microwave potato. I will have about half to 1 liter of water with breakfast. After breakfast I will go and have my shower, after getting out of the shower and into my uniform I will quickly go and pack my bag for school take it upstairs and prepare my morning tea and lunch.

Morning tea when I am at school will be a Protein Shake and an Apple, simple and easy all eaten within 5 minutes that's food on the go for ya isn't it. My lunch will be about 200 grams of tuna with a microwave potato or a cup of rice mixed with a little bit of sauce for flavor. School starts about 8:45 a.m. so I am there about 830, after first class I will eat my morning tea and then after 2 more classes I can start on my very boring lunch that I have to eat for the next 9 weeks how fun and exciting. I will then go home at 1pm as I have finished school thanks to free periods and prepare for a 2 p.m. lunch. This is my pride and joy it will usually be some chicken breast usually a hand full and a cup and a half of veggies, and a cup of rice with a little sauce. I sit down and eat this in front of the TV with usually one of THE PRO SUPER FREAK BODYBUILDERS telling me how to train their massive shit.

Training is in my mind now as I eat lunch and I will hit the gym about 3:30 p.m, my session will last between 1 hour and 1 and a half hours, no cardio at all. Well not yet anyway. I will get home about 5 p.m.-5:30 p.m. and will get a protein shake or an apple into me, also I will take a multi-vitamin and 2 grams of vitamin C to keep my immune system up. This is my socializing time after my post workout meal. I will jump on the net and talk on ICQ, go visit a friend or walk my dog. Until 7 p.m. I am free, but then I have to make my dinner, which will usually be the same as my lunch chicken breast, veggies and rice.

After dinner I will fill out my logbook and then go on to do some homework! After that is done I will usually read some Flex mag or some muscle mag lying around my room while I watch TV until about 10 p.m. or so and then go to sleep for another hard earned nights sleep, but not before I have my pre-bed meal which will consist of another exciting meal of a protein shake and a orange.

Daily I will drink between 6-8 liters of water and eat no lollies, chips or anything that isn't dry, dull and boring. What a day! But it's all worth it.
