| What Is A Podcast?
Podcasting is a collection of technologies for automatically distributing audio and video programs over the Internet via a publish and subscribe model.
Podcasting enables independent producers to create self-published, syndicated "radio shows," while giving broadcast radio or television producers a new distribution method.
In this interview, Matt Weik (an author, professional trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and expert in kinesiology) reviews the kinesiology of the shoulder joint.
Matt covers the important anatomical/kinesiology points about the shoulder, the most movable joint in the body. He also discusses the bones of the shoulder joint, the rotator cuff and role of the delts.
The rotator cuff (musculotendinous cuff) is comprised of 4 main muscles:
- Teres Minor
Matt and Dan also cover tips about keeping the rotator cuff conditioned, as well as stretching tips. Also covered are the best exercises for building the shoulder muscles, and the exercises to avoid from a kinesiology standpoint.
