It's time again for some much needed rest. Relax and let your body recover from the workouts you've been putting it through.
Skip the jog or pickup game of basketball and use today to stretch and foam roll your sore muscles. Including stretching and foam rolling as part of your training routine won't only help you trainer harder, but can also reduce your risk for injury. You'll be amazed at how much better you feel going into your last workout of the week!
Don't cheat here. Rest up now, and save your enthusiasm for tomorrow, when you'll need it.
