You should be familiar enough with the program by now to know what the plan is for the day. It's a great thing to know and feel comfortable with your program, but don't let familiarity breed boredom. Keep things fun by challenging yourself in new ways and remembering how far you've come since you've started.

Although the weight isn't super heavy today, the volume is fairly high. The last couple sets of each lift will take some extra concentration and effort.
