Tomorrow is a special day. It's special because you get to see the results of four weeks of hard effort.
One of the things I like to do whenever I test is to see how far I've come. So, go back through your BodySpace training log or notebook and look at what weights you used when you first started. Think about how heavy it felt and how much more confident you feel now.
It's only been four weeks! Think about how much better you'll be in another month.
