The first rest day after completing a training program can be surprisingly tough. You may want to celebrate your accomplishment by doing something physical, but honestly, you've earned the privilege of rest. So use it!
If you've been using Rise and Grind as a transformation trainer, now is a good time to take your "after" pictures and post them to your BodySpace account or other social media. Just be prepared for the onslaught of positive comments that might start raining down!
