James Newbury

Competing at the national level an impressive 12 times, James emerged victorious as Australia's fittest man on four occasions. His exceptional performance earned him the privilege of representing Australia in the CrossFit Games four times, with his best career achievement being a remarkable fifth-place finish in the world.

James ventured into other domains and showcased his versatility. He demonstrated his strength by achieving second-place finishes in sanctioned strongman competitions in the under 80kg and under 90kg divisions. In the WRPF powerlifting championships, James secured first place in his category with an impressive total of 605kg. Additionally, he dabbled in triathlons and completed the grueling Ironman, achieving a time of 10:14:52.

Alongside his athletic endeavors, James has dedicated himself to building successful businesses. One of his primary focuses is Phyba™️, a revolutionary natural, plant-based supplement company that has garnered immense recognition in the sports performance and holistic health sector. James envisions Phyba as not just a source of high-quality supplements but also as a platform for education and inspiration, aiming to empower individuals to lead happier and healthier lives.

STEFI COHEN

Stefi Cohen

Stefi Cohen is a 25x world record holding powerlifter and the first woman in the history of the sport to deadlift 4.4 times her bodyweight. She's a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Exercise Physiologist, helping thousands of online users move their bodies more efficiently through her “No B.S.” approach.

Stefi recently transitioned from the sport of powerlifting to pursue professional boxing full time. You can find the behind the scenes footage of her recent fights here.

Stefi's continuing passion for education and bringing an evidence based view of all things training and nutrition continues to evolve the fitness industry each year.

Daniel Giordano, PT, DPT, CSCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy & Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is the Co-Founder / Chief Medical Officer of the nationally recognized physical therapy clinic Bespoke Treatments, specializing in performance health & longevity. He is currently on the Advisory Board for Men's Health Magazine and has partnered with many other health brands, such as Mueller Sports Medicine, Elysium Health, Bodybuilding.com, etc. During his career, Daniel has had the opportunity to work on the medical team for numerous events such as: USA Track & Field Olympic Trials, IAAF Track and Field World Championships, USA Track & Field National Championships, Nike EYBL Peach Jam, SLAM Summer Classic, MADE Hoops Circuit, and Quicksilver Pro Surfing Championships. His focus is to help people to improve their overall health and performance in order to Live Better, Longer.

Cameron Yuen, PT, DPT, CSCS, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He currently serves as the Director of Rehabilitation and Training at Bespoke Treatments in New York City. Previously, Cameron worked as a university strength and conditioning coach and research assistant, focusing on muscle physiology. With a combined background in physical therapy, fitness, and research, he specializes in the rehabilitation and conditioning of fitness athletes. Cameron has provided advice and consultation to renowned organizations and publications, including Men's Health Magazine, WebMD, and Bodybuilding.com.

Kristen Lettenberger

Kristen Lettenberger, PT, DPT, CSCS, P&PA is a Doctor of Physical Therapy & Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach. She is the Director of Bespoke Women, specializing in Women's health including pregnancy & postpartum rehab, and return to sports postpartum. Kristen has spent the last few years of her career expanding her knowledge in women's health and pelvic floor rehab. Combining that with her powerlifting background and love for sports rehab she has been a unique asset for mom's that want to continue exercise during pregnancy and return to their sports postpartum stronger than ever. Kristen has given numerous workshops of training during pregnancy, and return to exercise postpartum, as well as hosted Bespoke's first Women's Health panel on how to navigate pregnancy & postpartum. Her focus is to help people improve their overall health and performance in order to Live Better, Longer.

Jereme Schumacher

Jereme Schumacher

Dr. Jereme Schumacher PT, DPT, brings a wealth of knowledge from multiple disciplines of physical therapy. After graduating with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University in 2017, Dr. Schumacher pursued a certification in Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), CrossFit Level-1 trainer, FMT Blades Advanced, and attained certificates from the Applied Functional Science (AFS) Chain Reaction seminar. Coupled with extensive clinical mentorship in manual therapeutics, outpatient orthopedics, and biomechanical evaluations, Jereme has developed a diverse skill set that can be utilized to progress individuals throughout their fitness journey. As a former collegiate football player and current powerlifter/CrossFit athlete, Jereme understands the physical and mental demands that are required to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle. This has allowed him to successfully treat athletes from the middle school level, all the way up to the professional and olympic levels to help them live better, longer.
