- Cardio: 15 minutes pre-workout
- Deadlift: 5 sets of 10, 8, 8, 6, 6 reps
- Rack Deadlifts: 3 sets of 8 reps
- Stiff-Leg Deadlifts: 3 sets of 8 reps
- Machine Deadlifts: 7 sets of 10 reps
- Hanging Leg Raises: 3 sets of 10 reps
- Exercise Ball Crunches: 3 sets of 15 reps
- Ab Crunch Machine: 3 sets of 10 reps
- Cardio: 35 minutes post-workout
Today we did deadlifts! Five days out! Feeling great and ready to bring this home! New pics taken this morning and everything is coming in. I weighed 161.5 this morning and cannot wait to fill out and see what I really look like! This will be awesome!
