Marc Lobliner's Bodybuilding Journey - Contest Prep: Bigger & Leaner!
I did the best I could, but it is quite obvious that the results have been much better this time around. In fact, it is downright scary... Check out my current progress and who I have been training with.
My life is much better now. Scivation and Primaforce are growing nicely and let's just say I am under much less stress than a year ago. I didn't realize this, but I was only home for three weeks of my entire 11 week contest prep last time because I was traveling for business and also for my move to NC from CA.
I did the best I could, but it is quite obvious that the results have been much better this time around. In fact, it is downright scary what the Cut Diet, HARD training and good supplements can do to your body. Throw in sleep, and you're on track. Sleep? Heck yes.
I used to only get three to five hours of sleep per night. Now, I am getting six to eight hours. The difference is unbelievable. I feel better and train much harder.
Training With Kurt
Last week, I trained chest with Natural Pro and SciVation athlete Kurt Weidner at his gym in Blacksburg, VA. It was a super intense training session and Kurt is the real deal! He is what bodybuilding is all about.
His work ethic and commitment to being the best at what he does is unrivaled! In fact, after training with him, I am more motivated than ever and my training has been unreal! Here are some pics of me from last Friday after training with Kurt:
Training With Katie
I am still training with my wife, Katie and we have been having awesome workouts. The level of intensity has been unreal. I am very impressed with Katie being able to kick it into high gear. She trains like a madwoman!

My diet has been flawless and I am currently sitting at 202lbs. as for training, we are doing a lot of supersets and 8-12 rep sets. The pump is brutal!
Cardio... ah my beloved cardio. As most people who know about SciVation are aware, we are huge fans of cardio throughout the year. However, sometimes life and scheduling get in the way. Thus, I am living on less calories rather than doing daily cardio. Optimal? No. Will it work? YES!... I hope.
I am out until the next update. Keep training hard and living life to the fullest.
