Ready for more upper-body blasting? You'd better be, because today we're crushing the chest and biceps!

The hardest part about this workout is probably the number of curls. Get through them. Your form doesn't have to be absolutely perfect; Jay knows that a little swing is sometimes just what's necessary to get that heavy weight to the top of the rep. That doesn't mean you should throw your back out trying to finish a straight-bar curl, though!
