The lesson Kris shares today is one of relaxation. For your mental and spiritual health, it's essential to take some time away from your busy life. So, go somewhere by yourself to relax today. Turn off your phone, turn off your computer, and try not to think about work or other stressors.

At least once per week, spend an hour or so doing something that relieves stress. Take a bath, read a book, or go for a walk. It may not seem like much, but it will do your mind and body a lot of good.
