Today is an active rest day on the Muscle-Building trainer, which means that your dietary fats need to go up, while carbs go down. If you need a refresher on nutrition, refer back to the nutrition overview page.

So what is active about today's rest? Cardio, which Kris recommends you get out of the way as early in the day as possible. That way, you can spend the rest of the day engaged in pure, unadulterated recovery.

Kris subjects himself to a painful but necessary two-hour full-body massage. Consider rewarding yourself with some body work of your own after surviving the stretch and strain of a full week of pro-caliber FST-7 training.
