Training Overview

Man of Iron contains two co-existing programs. One is a bodybuilding program with a conditioning component. The full program contains both bodybuilding and triathlon training. Take your pick of training styles from the downloadable PDFs, or simply watch the weekly videos as Kris pushes every limit he has.

In this prologue to the training videos, Kris's coach, the acclaimed hybrid athlete Alex Viada, runs Kris through a barrage of physical tests and introduces him to the style of training that will dominate his life for the next six months.
