John's Day Diary
Hi guys! My name is John Berry, and welcome back to the British AST Challenge - week 3. This week we are going to look at the supplements that take part in the diet. Plus you will be graced with a full video diary! "You're so lucky," haha - so lets get to it!
The AST supplements that we use are spread across the day at key times, this helps to aid the body, giving it a 100% chance to stay anabolic 24-7, obviously with the aid of good wholesome food. Well lets not beat around the bush, first lets have a little look at what AST have to say about themselves and there products:

This week we're going to look at the top 5 players. I will list the products, a little information about them plus how and when there are scheduled into the diet.

VP2 Whey Protein Isolate
Building lean solid muscle requires a daily intake of protein. Muscle is protein. Without this essential nutrient all the training in the world won't help you. To build muscle your body requires extra protein for tissue repair and growth. But just eating extra protein to feed trained muscles hardly makes the grade when maximum growth is what you are looking for.

Ok guys, well - there you have it, a breakdown of 5 of the products that are being used in this challenge, we are using a total of 13 products all cycled in the diet at different times.
