This interview starts by Jay reviewing his observations why people stick to an exercise/body transformation program/commitment or why some people fail to do this, based on his over 20 years of experience as fitness expert.
Jay discusses exciting new exercise technology for helping people stick to their exercise program. He also covers the benefits of circuit training and strength training as part of an exercise program which keeps people focused and on-track. He also discusses the 'exercise training zone' for body transformation results.
