Take it easy today! If you've been following the meal plan and training, it's likely that your body could use some rest, and you've earned it. Just remember that rest days don't mean you have to stay in. If it's nice outside, take a stroll with your baby or get some fresh air wherever you can. Remember, movement doesn't have to be strenuous to be beneficial!
