Go to the gym, or work out at home? So many decisions to make today! Do what works best for you, so long as you get your reps in.
Have you invested in a set of dumbbells or resistance bands yet? Doing so will allow you to do many of these workouts from home when you just can't get away for a trip to the gym. You'll also find they come in handy after you finish the Post-Pregnancy Trainer and move on to my LiveFit program.
If you do go to the gym to exercise, cherish the time you're spending on yourself. You'll return home feeling stronger and more refreshed than when you left.
