It's amazing how difficult bodyweight exercises can be! That's why I really like this circuit. I can fit it in when my baby is taking a nap, and I feel great after I'm done.

Napping Baby Circuit
Perform each set of exercises three times before moving on to the next set. Do each exercise within a set one after the other, resting only 1-2 minutes between rounds.
