When your little one is asleep today, take 15 minutes to complete this circuit. You'll strengthen your muscles and increase your cardio at the same time.
It's amazing how difficult bodyweight exercises can be! That's why I really like this circuit. I can fit it in when my baby is taking a nap, and I feel great after I'm done.
