[ Q ] When was your company started? Why was your company started?
Scivation was started in June of 2004 to provide consumers with advanced, innovative supplements based on science and real world results.
Primaforce was started in August of 2004 to give consumers supplements they need with quality they can trust offering essentials such as creatine, glutamine, protein and alpha lipoic acid, among many other supplements.
[ Q ] Who was your company started by, and what sort of background do they have?
It was started by me, Marc Lobliner and a few close allies. I worked my way up to Personal Training Coordinator for Bally Total Fitness while in college and soon got recruited to work my dream job, the place that started it all -
Weider Publications! I spent 5 years at Weider Publications in charge of Endemic Business Development and as a Senior Account Manager.
I acted as a marketing consultant to small, medium and large companies to help grow their business which would in turn lead to a natural growth in their advertising budgets. I loved this job immensely and still miss traveling with my business development partner, Richard Hart. We made a lot of stuff happen.
I reluctantly left Weider for a position as a founding member of INSTONE. I felt it was time for my career to progress and that I had topped out at Weider. Long story short - it didn't work out. I was about to leave the industry to go back into publishing for a mainstream company, but decided to stay around as a marketing consultant. From there, SciVation was created and Primaforce soon followed.
My educational background is in marketing and marketing communications and I am a former competitive powerlifter. I now train as a bodybuilder and for general health.

[ Q ] What separates your company from the rest of the industry?
Service you can trust. I put my cell phone on my business cards and attend trade shows around the country to interact with consumers.
We provide two lines, one with supplements that benefit everyone in Primaforce, offering staples such as creatine, protein and vitamins, along with Scivation which offers scientifically advanced, cutting-edge products for those wishing to take their physique and performance to the next level.
[ Q ] What other plans do you have to help your company grow?
Marketing, sampling, more personal appearances with Quincy Taylor and me, and of course, we will ALWAYS keep the customer as top priority. Without the customer, we don't exist.
[ Q ] Have you sponsored any athletes and if so, who have you sponsored? If so, how have they impacted your company?
Quincy Taylor. He will make this company grow because he uses and loves the supplements and he is awesome with people. Just the other day, he wouldn't stop talking about how
Xtend has drastically improved his recovery and performance! He will also make a huge impact at his "comeback" shows in September.
We also sponsor Travis Mash, the Strongest Pound for Pound Powerlifter ever! He has done a lot to help grow the company on the grassroots level because before we sponsored him, he was one of our best customers!

[ Q ] What supplement combination would you recommend for someone just getting started?
Supplements should come after a healthy diet and a consistent training program.
[ Q ] What do you believe is the best thing about the supplement industry? The worst?
The best thing is the fact that supplements help people reach their goals thus improving self-esteem, confidence and overall outlook on life.
I could go on and on for days and complain about bad things in the industry, but why? It would just bring negative light to the industry I love.
[ Q ] Is there anything else you would like to say?
training are the keys to a great physique.
Supplements are just that, they help you reach your goals. There is no magic pill. Without proper diet and training, you can forget about getting optimal results. Nothing in life comes easy - you have to work for it!
