Pick your poison! Don't worry, you'll have to drink the other bottle later this week. It's been 12 weeks since you've started; you should be stronger and more capable of moving heavy weight. Your body can do it, but your mind has to provide the will.
Pick up some weights and get in the reps. Eating fewer calories may make you a little more fatigued, but suck it up. Get through the workout and go home to rest. There's no room for weakness—we're getting swole!
