This week has been challenging, that's for sure. Use this day of rest to recover and prepare your body and mind for tomorrow!
Today is the only rest day you'll get for the week, so make the most of it. Spend the extra time doing something you love, or spend it with your family. At the very least, enjoy the time you don't have to spend at the gym. Not everything in life is about fitness.
Phase 4 - Rest
Use this day to completely rest and recover. Stay on top of your supplement regimen. Refer to the nutrition plan for instructions on what to eat. Stay away from fried foods, high-fructose corny syrup, and highly processed carbohydrates. You don't need to avoid carbs entirely, of course. Trust in the plan and your body will adjust.
