Stupidest Thread Of The Week

When Do I Take These?
For the most part, I prefer to stay away from selecting stupid threads for the BOF. This is mainly because I don't want any trouble, regardless if they are stupid or not. However, when I do find a thread that is stupid enough to be the BOF's Stupidest Thread of the Week, I just can't help myself.
This week, 'WBP_Akdmk' gives us all a nice laugh with his silly post. To give you a quick rundown, the boy heads over to his local GNC (mistake number 1) and buys a crap load of GNC products (mistake number 2) all because, and I quote, "the lady selling them made them sound good with complicated words I didn't understand" (mistake number 3).
smaller and easier for you to comprehend..."
Now, he comes onto the boards in hopes of getting help because he doesn't know how or when to take these supplements (mistake number 4). That's pretty much the jist of what he has to say. Check out what others have to say on the topic here and see why this boy himself is just a mistake.
Poll Of The Week
VPX Redline Vs. Nutrex Lipo6 - You Decide!
This week's poll is pretty much a duel between 2 fat burners - VPX Redline and Nutrex Lipo6. I personally haven't used either so my opinion on the topic is worthless to anyone.

However, this thread has a lot of great pro's and con's for both products and a lot of great information can be found.

The poll will also let you know how the two match up across the forum and this might help you when choosing your next energy supplement.

A big thanks goes out to 'mkosem' for another successful thread.
Question Of The Week
Natural Test Boosters, Worth The $
There are a lot of supplements out there that are tested and proven to be effective. Good old fashioned creatine monohydrate is a great example. It's been around for years and results have been clinically proven over and over again. Other supplements, however, are complete bullsh*t and are just money vacuums.
This week on the docket: natural testosterone boosters. Sure they sound good, and on paper they probably are effective, but are they what you've been looking for? Some people swear by them, others will probably never even bother trying them.
of the Sunday. That is just my opinion."
In any case, this week '_NotGivingUp_' asks his fellow board members if they think that test boosters are worth the money or not. Check out the debate here, and you be the judge.
Workout Log Of The Week
Time To Pump Up The Intensity - SNS Log By Krzna
If you follow the BOF's regularly or check out the boards on a daily basis, you'll know the name 'Krzna'. He has gifted us with many incredible threads in the past and his knowledge of the bodybuilding and fitness world never ceases to amaze me.
I look forward to seeing your results."
This week, I'd like to recognize him for the beginning of his workout log. Mind you, there isn't much to it yet but rest assured that this many will turn it into a novel full of amazing information. Just check out the very first post of his log here and you'll know exactly what I mean. For those of you that do know 'Krzna', you will not be surprised by the detail of his log.
Argument Of The Week
Leukic And Gakic, Amazing Or BS?
Unless you've been living under a rock for the past decade, you'll know that the cowards behind the MuscleTech lineup are screwing poor people of their money everyday. I played it safe and stayed away from their garbage because of all the stuff that I heard. It's so hard to believe that so many people still buy their stuff but I guess the advertising does the trick.
This week's argument is for and against the two newest MuscleTech products released - Leukic and Gakic. Again, I haven't used them and probably never will, but some of the things said in this thread sound pretty convincing.

Believe what you will, MuscleTech is alive and kicking. Check out the thread started by 'ExcellentPerformance' and see what the fuss is all about.
Nutrition Thread Of The Week
The Top 10 Post Workout Nutrition Myths
For the final BOF of the week, I chose to do a nutrition thread. To be more precise, the thread is actually a link to a great article that shows 'The Top 10 Post Workout Nutrition Myths'. Probably one of the best and most accurate reads on nutrition in well over a month, reading this link will bust any of those popular myths that you have always thought were true.
The thread can be found here as well as comments on the list. This list was awesome and I can't say it enough. A huge thanks goes out to 'PoeY' for an awesome read.
