Poll Of The Week

Guys have their preferences when it comes to women and that is undeniable. This week's best poll is about women and how we men like them. There are too many variables to nail the perfect woman at once, but we'll start off with thick or thin.

Do you like your women with a little more meat, or not? 'Big_League' wants to know, so take part in the poll below.

What Do You Prefer?

A couple of weeks ago we had a boobs or ass poll, so slowly but surely we're narrowing it down. Maybe next week we'll have something like tall or short. Only the future knows.

Supplement Thread Of The Week

There has been a lot of talk about the effect of a product called X-Factor by Molecular Nutrition. Some say yay, some say nay. 'w_llewellyn' has put together an awesome thread that shows the results of X-Factor from various members that have used the product.

The results speak for themselves and it appears that many people have had great success with the product. If you're at all interested in using it, I really suggest that you check out this thread for some great info.

Don't forget to see what other people are saying about it down the road.

Funniest Thread Of The Week

There are a lot of weird people that you can meet on the message boards. Some make us laugh, some make us cry, and others make us ponder. This week's funniest thread goes to someone that made me, and many others, laugh. 'DRU1' has challenged members to a free style battle.

I'm not really sure what to say to that, only because this is the internet. If you think you can beat him in an e-battle, feel free to test your luck. Maybe trying to create rhymes given an infinite amount of time can be challenging. I wouldn't know, as I'd rather not waste my time.

Informational Thread Of The Week

Dieting is hard and that's a fact. No one actually likes to diet for many reasons. I, for one, wish I could eat anything I wanted to, but my metabolism isn't as kind to me as others' are. Anyway, 'sanj' has made a list of foods that a person should stay away from when dieting.

Sanj's Top-Ten Junk Foods To Stay Away From:

    1. French-Fries.
    2. Processed Breakfast Cereals.
    3. Diet Pop.
    4. Pop.
    5. Decaffeinated Coffee.
    6. White Bread.
    7. Commercial Pizza.
    8. Low Fat Ice Cream.
    9. Donuts.
    10. Fruit Drinks.

Each has its own reason, but each reason is valid and important to take into consideration. If you feel that there is something missing from the list, go ahead and add it in, as others have. It's turning out to be a great list, so you should probably check it out.

Nutritional Thread Of The Week

For this week's nutritional thread, instead of bringing you a delicious recipe for high protein ice cream or home made protein bars, I thought it'd be a good idea to share with you a thread that contains a lot of great opinions of fast food. Some people say that not eating is better than eating fast food while others say the opposite.

In the thread, you can find out what people are saying about fast food and what you should know before you pull up to the drive through the next time.

You can thank 'mohabitar' for starting this great thread and can thank everyone else for putting in their 2 cents.

Workout Log Of The Week

You know, I always say how hard it is to choose the best workout log every week because there are just so damn many of them. Not only that, but they are all very good! With that said (for the 50th time), this week's best workout log goes to 'Coulaid' as we follow him on his quest for 6% body fat.

We all know that 6%, though extremely ripped, is doable if you have the right workout program. If you'd like to follow his detailed log, read on. Who knows, maybe you're looking to do the same thing and can use his log as a backbone.

Home Gym Of The Week

This is quickly becoming a favorite of mine and I look foreword to seeing the setups that people have. Not much to explain as a picture says a thousand words. 'hogship' has posted 9 pictures of his setup, so I'd have to type 9000 words to tell you about it - not happening.

I'm lovin' the yellow grip tape on everything - very original and a very good idea!

Argument Of The Week

This week I've decided to combine picture thread of the week, inspirational thread of the week, and argument of the week. This thread was started by 'orangejuice' and there are 3 pictures of him - 1 before and 2 after. He has admitted to using gear and isn't trying to hide it. Nevertheless, he has had a dedicated routine and diet for several years and didn't use gear without researching.

His gains are very impressive and have taken him a long time. However, some members are giving him a hard time and feel that juicing was a waste, while others say that as long as he knew what he was doing, and because he waited until he was 21, then all is well. The pictures speak for themselves and I'm going to let you be the judge.

Check out the pictures and see the argument unfold here.
