[ Q ] Tell us a little about yourself. What is your position at How long have you worked here?

I've always lived an active lifestyle and have enjoyed health and fitness for as long as I can remember. I can recall running around in grade school with my "muscle shirt" and showing of my guns while educating my friends that the bicep was called the "bulb" Although, a bit miss informed, I was obsessed with muscles and a young age!

I played college football in Iowa, before I transferred to the University of Idaho to get my Business Marketing degree and minor in theater/film. I was also a white water rafting guide throughout college. As much as I enjoy working out in the gym, I love staying active with outdoor activities like kayaking, mountain biking and scuba diving. I've also been a personal trainer, where I gained a wealth of knowledge that I'm able to apply everyday at!

I've worked in the customer service department for the last 3 months and enjoy every minute of it! I basically consult people about exercise, nutrition and supplementation through 3 mediums; phone, emails and chat.

[ Q ] What was your workout/fitness/nutrition level before working at

I have always held myself accountable to a high level of fitness, but working at has opened my eyes to a "candyland" of supplements that can help me achieve my goals even faster!

[ Q ] What does your workout routine consist of now?

Superset - Two exercises are performed consecutively without any rest.

Triset - Three exercises are performed consecutively without any rest.

Failure - That point in an exercise at which you have so fully fatigued your working muscles that they can no longer complete an additional repetition of a movement with strict biomechanics. You should always take your post-warm-up sets at least to the point of momentary muscular failure, and frequently past that point.

I workout 5 days a week and make sure that I hit every muscle group at least once within that week. I also incorporate cardio in there as needed, especially now that summer is approaching. Time to expose those muscles!

Day 1: Chest/Triceps/Core/Cardio

Day 2: Back/Biceps/Traps/Calves

Day 3: Shoulders/Core/Cardio

Day 4: Legs

Day 5: Biceps/Triceps/Core/Cardio

[ Q ] What is it like working at Does it create a helpful fitness environment?

Working at definitely creates an environment that is motivating to stay fit! There are so many programs and incentives to encourage a healthy lifestyle. For example, BBCOM pays for my gym membership, but the catch is I have to go a minimum of 10 times a month. When I see my peers striving to be the best that can be, it motivates me to continue to push myself and get better each and every day!

[ Q ] How does the environment influence your health, fitness and appearance goals?

In other work settings I would leave work and be so drained that I would just want to go home to sit on the couch and veg out! After leaving work at, I am so uplifted and motivated to carry out what I just got done talking to other people about! It is a built in accountability feature in a way too. I have to practice what I preach!

[ Q ] What are your co-workers like?

My BBCOM co-workers are some of the most amazing people I've ever had the privilege of being around! I love going to work every day, because I feel like I'm going to hang out with my friends, while serving an amazing purpose!

All my co-workers bring a unique blend of knowledge and experience to help our customers achieve their health, fitness and appearance goals! I have never before been involved in a more friendly, upbeat and cohesive work environment. Waking up excited to go to work in the morning...who would've thought?

[ Q ] What is your favorite feature on the website?

My favorite feature on the website is BodySpace and specifically how we link members to the products they are using. It is nice to be able to research a supplement and see who is using it and what kind of results that person has achieved.

[ Q ] How does help to motivate/support you?

Working at helps motivate/support me by keeping fitness in the forefront of my mind at all times! I once had a friend who worked at Dairy Queen in High School. He would spend his entire paycheck on Blizzards and by the time payday came he would actually owe money. BBCOM is my Dairy Queen!

[ Q ] What are your future goals? Do you think working for will help you reach them?

I have always gravitated toward the health and fitness industry for jobs. Now that I have found BBCOM I definitely see it as a career path and hope that I can continue with this adventure as continues to grow and help people achieve their goals on a very personal level!
