You're probably worn out after five straight days of elevated time under tension, so make the most of your weekend by resting and eating sufficiently.
If you and your partner got behind on your workouts this week, this could also be a day to catch up. But if you're current on the program, focus on recovery first and foremost. If you can swing it, consider a massage or some other type of bodywork.
If not, just sleep, eat, and live your life, because next week you and your partner are headed back to the gym to tackle partner dropsets!
