Today, fight on both sides. Stand up out of the heaviest front squat you've ever done. Then pull a heavily loaded barbell from the platform all the way to lockout. If the squat is the king of exercises, then the deadlift is the second son looking to rebel and overthrow the king.

Finally, roast your core with a glute-ham burn and plates of crunches. That core work will help you become stronger, stabilize the heavy weight, and stand up under max pressure.
