Charlie Mike: Day 33 - Rest
The last two days have been rough. Give your body and your mind a break today.
If you don't want to spend the day parked in your chair at work or slumped on the couch (which I totally understand), then get outside. Go for a walk, play with your kids in the park, or do some cleaning. "Rest" day isn't necessarily synonymous with "lazy."
You could also use your extra time to go grocery shopping or prep some food for the next couple of days!
