How are you feeling? If you're sore and tired, you're right where you should be! Rest up and get prepared for another weekly grind.
While training hard and eating well should be your primary focus, supplementation is important, too. Although the majority of your nutrition should come from high-quality whole foods, whey protein and BCAAs can both support your recovery between sessions, which then turns your training into results like increased muscle and speed.
